Last time I checked I weighed 210lbs, I haven’t measured myself in two weeks and these pictures are exactly a month to my last ones, but this is the same outfit I wore in February. I notice a big difference in my stomach and my legs/butt considering it looks like the shorts are longer now haha. I fell off the wagon for a week due to an allergic reaction which had me sleeping all day every day. Since I was put back so much I’ve decided to kick start myself back into routine by starting Insanity. Today was day 2 (Thursday March 22, I have yet to sleep haha) and it went pretty well, it’s definitely a challenge, but my birthday is in 8 weeks so I want to look bomb!

Today marks the beginning of National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. Reblog if you have suffered from an eating disorder, are pro-health, or just want to spread awareness.
The pain and suffering that you put yourself through for “skinny”, feels so much better when it’s being healthy and eating right to be FIT. Got me
I let my emotions get the best of me, better yet, I let a guy get the best of me tonight. I binged on chocolate and I don’t regret it because after two pieces I wondered why? Why am I letting someone get to me enough to where I punish myself? I did nothing wrong, my morals stay strong, so I stopped after those two. I feel better and hope that other people can see the silliness in our irrational eating!
These are my updated photos, crappy quality and it just looks ruckus haha, but I definitely see a change and start of flatness to my upper stomach. Sadly I have this wreched pooch in the front. My thighs look thinner also, over all I’ve had a great week and am feeling great! I’m going home for the night tomorrow so hopefully I can weigh myself and see where I’m at haha.

I need to remember not to compare myself to other people and their weight loss. Just because someone is doing more of the same thing, I shouldn’t get discouraged, I’m just not ready yet. I guess I’m just trying to reassure myself that it’s all fine.
I’m 5’6, 210lbs when I weighed myself 3 weeks ago and I’ve lost about 8 inches around my waist so far. These are my first pictures I’ve posted, but I plan on putting up others once I see more progress. I’m super happy at how everything’s going, to think that in just a month and a half I’ve lost 8lbs, too exciting.
P.S. I just finished doing a 30 day shred work out, woo!

As of today, I’ve lost 8” around my waist and am now 1” away from being in the 30s! I’m so excited, happy, proud.. so many things, but most of all motivated.
